Outreach Agent revolutionizes how you conduct email outreach campaigns by automating the entire process from data fetching to email delivery. It seamlessly integrates with Google Sheets to fetch company data, uses Google Docs as a knowledge base for personalization, leverages OpenAI GPT models to generate compelling personalized emails, and sends them via SMTP. The system processes rows in batches, validates email addresses, generates unique subject lines and email bodies tailored to each recipient, and tracks execution results. The solution is available in two formats: (1) A full-featured Flask web application with a beautiful Tailwind CSS interface, real-time workflow execution, connection testing for all services (Google Sheets, Google Docs, OpenAI, SMTP), configuration management, test email functionality, and comprehensive REST API endpoints, and (2) An n8n workflow template that can be easily imported and customized for automation platforms with the same core functionality. Both versions support OAuth and service account authentication for Google services, multiple OpenAI model selection, and flexible SMTP configuration.
