Bullet is a fast AI coding agent designed to dramatically decrease wait times on agent runs. Developed by Yale CS graduates and former AppLovin and Citadel engineers, Bullet optimizes the agent loop around LLMs by automatically selecting the optimal model and reasoning depth per prompt. It parallelizes searches, file reads, and commands while utilizing targeted code search instead of embedding your entire codebase. Bullet integrates with existing Claude Code or Codex subscriptions, Anthropic, OpenAI, and xAI API keys, or local on-device models. On SWE-bench Verified, Bullet achieved a 95.8% issue resolution rate at an average speed of 119 seconds per task.
