Chiplab

Chiplab is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI coding agents to compile, simulate, and validate firmware against virtual instances of target chips without requiring physical hardware. The virtual chip replicates real silicon binary behavior, peripherals, and interrupt timing to ensure results transfer directly to physical boards. Agents can compile against production toolchains without local installation, execute unit and integration tests, and inject synthetic sensor data into running firmware. Additionally, Chiplab incorporates a learning loop where event data from each run feeds into a shared corpus, allowing future agent calls to search indexed samples with ranked matches and confidence scores.
