What happens if I stop working for a while?

If there is no activity for more than 30 minutes, the Copilot will automatically unshare itself from your document to maintain security.

Does it support Microsoft Word or Excel?

Currently, Document CoPilot only supports Google Documents. It does not support spreadsheets, slides, or uploaded .docx files.

Is my data stored by the tool?

No. The servers do not log your content beyond the duration of the collaboration session. Data passed to underlying LLM providers is subject to their standard privacy policies.

How can I get better results from the AI?

Be specific in your comments. Instead of general asks, tell the AI if you want tactical feedback on grammar, big-picture structural advice, or specific word counts.

Can I use it on mobile?
