What happens to my code after a session ends?

Cloud Agents are ephemeral by design. Containers spin down after inactivity, and inactive sessions are deleted after 7 days. However, because the agent auto-commits and pushes to a unique branch in your repository, your work is always preserved in your Git provider.

Can I install additional tools in the cloud environment?

Yes. Each user gets an isolated Linux container with 'apt' available. You can use startup commands in your profile to install specific packages, languages, or tools needed for your project.

How do credits work with Cloud Agents?

Credits are consumed based on the complexity of the task and the model used. Simple prompts cost less, while complex refactors or high-reasoning models (like Claude 3.5 Opus) consume credits at a higher rate.

Does it support private repositories?

Yes. You can connect your GitHub or GitLab account via the Integrations tab, granting the Cloud Agent permission to securely clone and work on your private repositories.

Is there a limit on how long a task can run?

Each individual message/turn can run for up to 15 minutes. For larger tasks, it is recommended to use a plan.md file to help the agent track progress across multiple steps.
