OsmO

OsmO is a personal AI phone assistant designed for both iPhone and Android platforms. The tool can automatically manage incoming and outgoing calls for users, catering to various tasks like bookings, follow-ups, and filtering out spam calls. It works with both US and Canadian numbers and supports multiple languages with English and Spanish already in function. Users can customize their assistant, choosing between two voice options named Caroline and Jonathan. For incoming calls, OsmO screens and filters out unnecessary interruptions, answering selected calls, taking messages, and booking appointments. An artificially intelligent system identifies the importance and urgency of the call, prioritizing communication that matters. On the outgoing front, OsmO is capable of making calls on behalf of the user, following specific tasks given. It can call multiple contact numbers at once, wait on hold when required, and handle the communication and outcome in an efficient manner. From reservations to appointments and bulky customer service calls, OsmO can run these errands. Every completed task is reported back via the application, with the call outcomes available for review.
